The Tech Law Group is looking for a qualified Attorney to join its fast growing and dynamic practice.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years experience negotiating and drafting agreements

* Law degree from a top-tier, accredited national law school required

* Membership in State Bar of California required

Specific Skills:

* Strong drafting, negotiating, writing and computer skills required as well as the ability to problem solve in a business-friendly, creative manner

* Must be detail oriented and interact well with clients

* Excellent oral & written communication skills with ability to work with minimum supervision
